  • How to Use a Foam Sprayer?
    • I. Pre-use Inspection

      1. Unscrew the sprayer head and check that the internal white sealing ring is in place and undamaged to ensure a tight seal.

      2. Inspect the connections of the pump rod, nozzle, and bottle body, and tighten all parts to prevent air leakage.

      3. Make sure the lock switch is in the OFF position before starting to pressurize.

      II. Solution Preparation

      1. Add water: Pour warm water to the marked line on the bottle (usually 1.5–2L). Do not fill completely; leave 1/3 of the space for air storage. 2. Add cleaning agent: 1). Car washing:

2 bottle caps of car wash liquid / car wax. 2). Household cleaning: 2 bottle caps of floor cleaner / dish soap.

      3. Tighten the sprayer head and shake well to mix.

      III. Pressurization (Critical Step)

      1. Pump the rod up and down continuously for 30–40 times until it can no longer be pressed or a hissing sound from the pressure relief valve is heard, indicating sufficient pressure.

      2. Note: Do not pressurize with the lock switch open, as this will cause air leakage and failure to build pressure.

      IV. Spraying

      1. Press the lock switch to release dense foam.

      2. Adjust the nozzle: Loosen the nozzle to switch between fan-shaped and straight spray patterns as needed.

      V. Post-use Handling

      1. Release pressure first: Press or pull the top pressure relief valve to release all internal air.

      2. Pour out any remaining liquid, rinse the bottle body and nozzle with clean water, then air-dry and store.

      VI. Common Problems & Solutions

      1. No foam / thin foam: Incorrect mixing ratio, low water temperature, clogged nozzle, or insufficient pressure → Remix the solution, use warm water, clean the nozzle, and pump more times.

      2. Failure to build pressure: Missing or damaged sealing ring, loose connections, or open lock switch → Check the seal, tighten parts, and close the lock switch.

      3. Water leakage: Loose sprayer head / nozzle, or worn sealing ring → Tighten the parts or replace the sealing ring. How to Use a Foam Sprayer
